To maintain the freshness of our seafood, we use only RO filtered water for processing and cleaning. We also use the latest freezing technologies, including plate freezing and blast freezing, to preserve the quality of our products. Upon receiving the fish, we immediately gut and immerse it in an ice slurry to bring down the temperature to near freezing, followed by storage in flake ice.
